Fourthwalling: SURE, but definitely ask me first as it's a huge character secret that Li is just a farce.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): General content warning for suicide, rape, excessive violence/gore, and hand injuries beforehand please!

Hugging this character: As Li, sure. He's going to be flustered. Hei...hug with extreme caution.
Kissing this character: Same as above for Li, don't even think about it for Hei
Flirting with this character: Have a flailing Li! And a very annoyed Hei.
Fighting with this character: Li will dodge like no one's business (he's suspiciously good at that!) and make a beeline for an escape. Engage Hei at your own peril, he's been an assassin for over ten years at least and now he's a Contractor, which makes him even more dangerous. That doesn't mean an automatic win for Hei, of course, but be prepared for a fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, but no god-modding.
Killing this character: Only with permission.
